Mont des Arts is a picturesque city park situated between Brussels' lower town
and the upper town. Visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of
Brussels from this hillside location. The tower shown in the photograph
below is
Brussels' Town Hall (Hotel de Ville) on the
Grand Place (central market square).
